Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Is your product damaged? Sorry to hear that!

Products need to:

• be returned within 30 days after the delivery date.
• be undamaged, unused with original labels and/or stickers still attached
• not be missing any parts or accessories

Return can be initiated by sending an email to info@hobie-shop.eu stating:

• Order number
• Reason of return
• In case of damaged product some photos showing the damage 

When the return is received, we'll process it within 5 working days. Refunds will only be made to the orignal payment method.
